What
is the "European Solar Rally Phebus"?
The
"European Solar Rally Phébus" is a rally in which only Zero
Emission Vehicles (ZEV) or Local
Zero Emissions Vehicle (LZEV).
During
the rally the vehicles involved must not emit any gas
considered
by the European Community as pollutants (NOx, CO, S, etc ...) or any
gas involved in the greenhouse effect (CO2).
The
essence of the rally is that vehicles, which are recharged with
renewable energy, are the most efficient (kwh / km), and in
contrast, does not value the power of the vehicle as in conventional
Rallyes.
The

The
"European Solar Rallye Phébus" wants to accelerate the R&D of ZEV
